Dr. Chandler graduated with honors with a BS in Exercise Physiology and a double minor in Biology and Chemistry.
She continued her academic journey by attending medical school at FSU as well. During her last year of medical school, she found that she truly loved working to help restore women’s bodies and self-confidence after breast cancer.

After her general surgery internship at Virginia Tech, Dr. Chandler was accepted into a six-year integrated residency in the specialty of plastic surgery in New York. During her residency, Dr. Chandler gained extensive knowledge and skill from leading plastic surgeons, providing the foundation and skill to perfect her operative technique.
To continue her training in breast reconstruction and aesthetics, Dr. Chandler completed a fellowship with Dr. Dennis Hammond, a leading plastic surgeon in the area of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast.
